Schmidbaur Systemtechnik GmbH manufactures welded constructions and assemblies using the latest computer technology. We realize individual productions, small, medium and large series and special constructions according to your specifications.

We use machines from AMADA, one of the world’s largest machine and tool manufacturers for sheet metal processing.

These ultra-modern machines, operated by specialized and certified employees, ensure the high quality of our designs and assemblies. Thanks to the CNC-controlled technology park, we achieve high speed and precision in sheet metal processing. This enables us to complete your order on time.

Our combined punching and laser machines produce large quantities in series. All parts are characterized by the smoothness and accuracy of the laser cut, no matter what shape you give us.

Schmidbaur Systemtechnik GmbH is certified in accordance with DIN EN 1090. Our employees have all the necessary welding certificates. They weld using the recognized TIG, MIG and MAG welding processes. Depending on the material, construction or assembly, they work according to these welding processes.

The laser machines cut almost any contour into various types and thicknesses of materials. Even intricate parts are manufactured with high precision. The parts fit seamlessly into assemblies, providing you with custom-designed solutions for your welded constructions and assemblies.

Surface finishing processes such as galvanizing, sandblasting, powder coating, pickling, and painting protect assemblies against corrosion and wear. You receive sheets and assemblies with high mechanical strength, formability, and excellent electrical insulation or dissipation properties. This ensures long service life and maintenance-free operation.

Your components, devices, and systems receive surface finishes and complex assemblies of German craftsmanship for the global market. The qualification of our employees and the level of automation in surface treatment guarantee the quality of our welded constructions and assemblies. Upon request, you can receive the UL certification to operate in the North American market.
